On November 18, 2021, the Institute for Research and Community Service held a Journal Workshop with the theme "Strategy for Managing Scientific Journals Towards National Accreditation" which invited the top officials of Pancasila University, namely the Chancellor, Vice Chancellor I, Vice Chancellor II, Vice Chancellor III, Vice Chancellor IV, Deans of Faculties, and the Management of the Pancasila University Journal.
The event was filled with two speakers, namely Mr. Yoga Dwi Arianda, ST from the National Journal Accreditation Team and Mr. Dwi Fajar Saputra, S,Sos, MM from the Indonesian Journal Volunteers. The Journal Workshop event went very smoothly with the enthusiasm and curiosity of the workshop participants, seen from the many questions raised during the question and answer session. In addition, this event received a positive response and was closed by the Rector of Pancasila University, Prof. Edie Toet Hendratno, SH., M.Sc., FCBArb.
It is expected that after participating in this activity, journal managers can implement good scientific journal governance management based on the 2018 National Journal Accreditation Guidelines so that journals that have not been accredited can be accredited immediately, and those that have been accredited can improve their accreditation ranking. In addition, speakers from the Directorate of Institutions of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology will provide information related to the latest accreditation policy change plan that will be published soon.
